DESCRIPTION:Experience a community-based\, sound immersion journey with Wind Willow Consortium. Led by consortium members\, this experience combines informative guidance and soothing melodies using a variety of instruments designed to evoke deep relaxation. Participants will experience the therapeutic benefits of sound therapy in a tranquil group setting. Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket\, pillow\, or cushion for added comfort. This program is designed for ages 12 and up\, with participants between the ages 12 and 15 require accompaniment by an adult or chaperone. Space is limited to 30 participants. Registration is required.
