SUMMARY:Wellness Workshop: Sound 'Scapes
DESCRIPTION:Experience a community-based\, sound immersion journey with Wind Willow Consortium to learn about the positive benefits of sound therapy. Enjoy a relaxing time away from everyday stressors. Wind Willow Consortium members will lead an informational and melodic journey using a variety of instruments. This harmonic experience promotes relaxation and well-being and can be a powerful way to release stress. A question-and-answer session will take place after the program for participants. Water\, yoga mats\, and chairs will be provided for this workshop. Participants may bring a blanket\, pillow\, or cushion if they desire. This program is designed for ages 12 and up; participants between the ages of 12 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum 40 participants. \nREGISTER HERE
