SUMMARY:Portage Public Library Saturday Sound Immersion
DESCRIPTION:Registration Required. This is a program for relaxation. Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled start time. Doors are locked once the program begins. There is no late entry. \nThis harmonic experience promotes relaxation and well-being\, and can be a powerful way to release stress. This program is part of a series of programs with Wind Willow Consortium \, introducing sound therapy to library patrons.  Wind Willow Consortium is a nonprofit organization with a goal of educating the community about Sound Therapy through events and educational opportunities. The performers are certified sound therapists who have undergone extensive training and coursework \nAttendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat\, blankets\, or pillows to allow them to comfortably sit or lie down on the floor.  Chairs will be available for those who are unable to or do not wish to be on the floor. \nThis program takes place in Austin\, Sugarloaf\, and West Lake Rooms which is on the lower level of the library. \nAccommodations\nAll participants are welcome.
